November 26 - December 24, 2015 - Local Walmart Stores (College Park and Conroe) along with CPMC volunteers created Angel Trees to support CPMC and kids in CPS!

2017 Appreciation Luncheon 

Hosted by Junior League of The Woodlands, this is an annual event to show our appreciation for all that the dedicated CPS workers do for our community.  

On March 8, 2018 the CPMC Board of Directors hosted our annual Terry Lee Birthday Party at the CPS office in Conroe with cake, ice cream and punch! 

The 2017 winner of the Terry Lee Award for Excellence is Sue Oviedo!  This award is given each year to recognize a CPS staff member who has exhibited the dedication and strong job performance that Terry Lee demonstrated throughout her career with CPS. 

Names were drawn for 5 door prize baskets provided by
our great partner, the Junior League of The Woodlands.  Also given away to the attendees were decorative table plants.  It was a fun event. We all congratulate Sue Oviedo and again thank her for her outstanding comitment to CPS!!

November 5, 2015 - Junior League of The Woodlands and CPMC join together to show appreciate for all the CPS workers who make the difference in the lives of so many children in Montgomery County.

October 8, 2015 - The Conroe Police Department and the Rotary Club of Conroe delivered the proceeds Thursday from a supply drive they hosted for the Rainbow Room. The effort was a tremendous success.

July 4, 2015 - The Woodlands Car Club (TWCC) and Market Street presented a check to 2nd quarter recipient, Community Partners of Montgomery County at the recent 4th of July parade, from donations collected from TWCC "Cars & Coffee for a Cause" Sunday event. Thank you to all who make such generous donations and for supporting our mission in using our cars to give back to the community

April 14 - 15, 2015 - The April Sound Women’s Golf Association’s 7th annual Rhinestone Cowgirl Invitational. The event garnered a $6,700 donation to CPMC due, in part, to a raffle of that included barbecue dinner for twenty, donated by McKenzie's Barbecue and Burgers and beautiful handmade quilt made by Paula Allison.  A big thank you to everyone involved with this amazing fun day of golf and their ongoing support of CPMC and the Rainbow Room.

February 5, 2015 - The 2014 Terry Lee Award for Excellence was presented to Macella Herrera. Learn more about this Award by clicking on the "Our Initiatives" tab above.

April 6, 2015 & May 3, 2015 - CMPC participated in The Woodlands Car Club (TWCC) "Cars & Coffee for a Cause," which met at Market Street the first Sunday of each month. The event was a fun and creative way for the car club to show off their special vehicles; be a supportive partner with Market Street and the local community; share information about needful non-profit organizations in Montgomery County; and to give back monetarily as well. TWCC collected coins/change to donate to the Market Street “Change for Charities” program that ultimately benefited  Community Partners of the Montgomery County (CMPC).
